Fernhaven is a spacious three level, four bedroom home that can accommodate up to four couples with private bedrooms and baths. The first floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twins) at each end of the den with main entry. Two baths and a laundry room complete this separate living space which is ideal for families. The main entry is also on this floor as well as two full baths. The 2nd floor (main level) has a queen bedroom with private bath, large living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen with bar area, and a sun room with bar. A dramatic double sided fireplace between the living room and dining area is combined with a 24 foot cathedral ceiling to create an open, spacious feel. The private third floor features a master suite with private deck, a loft with an office, and wireless Internet. There are multiple decks, which include a sunken 4 person hot tub, hammock, and a cookout /dining area with grill.
